Cheese Making Practical Shortcourse
Oregon State University's 2024 cheesemaking workshop will focus on state of the cheese industry in the Northwest, hosted by OSU's Arbuthnot Dairy Center and Food Innovation Center. This two day course will showcase regional cheesemakers, innovations in cheese, and technical overviews presented by Dr. Zeynep Atamer.
