Group Registration
Member and Non-Member conference attendees have the opportunity to initiate a group registration. In a group, Member and Non-Member conference attendees can register multiple attendees, or guests, and pay for them at the same time. To begin a group registration, add another attendee on the "Group/Guest Registration" tab of the conference registration form which will be at the end of the registration process for the first person.

Registration Terms and Conditions
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted for full or daily Conference registration and must be submitted in writing. Registrations are refundable up to three (3) weeks prior to the first day of Conference less a $75 administrative processing fee. Refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks of approval of cancellation request to the original method of payment. After July 3rd, registrations are NOT refundable.
In the event of an emergency less than three weeks prior to the Conference, please consider sending a substitute from the same organization to avoid forfeiting registration fees. Special event registration and fees including, but not limited to, additional fee-based sessions, pre-conference tours, Cheese Crawl, guest event registrations, sponsor Networking Passes, etc. are non-refundable. Substitutions are accepted with advance notice submitted in writing to ACS.
Substitutions
Conference registrants may substitute another colleague from the same organization at the same member or non-member rate and registration category. The original registrant or the primary contact for the organization must submit in writing, copying the substitute registrant on the email request. The registration transfer will be processed within one (1) week of the receipt of the substitution request. Substitutions are requested at least three weeks prior to the first day of conference. Substitutions are accepted if submitted in writing for special events including additional fee-based sessions, tours, Cheese Crawl, pre-conference workshops, guest event registrations, Networking Passes, etc. with advance notice received 24 hours prior to the event.
Membership
Conference attendees registering at the non-member rate will not receive benefits of ACS membership, nor will they become an ACS member by registering at this rate. If you are registering as a non-member, please first consider joining ACS as a member to receive ACS membership benefits through December 31 of the current year, and to receive the discounted member rate to attend Conference. Member and Event Code of Conduct
Conference attendees are expected to comply with the American Cheese Society’s Member and Event Code of Conduct. Please review the Member and Event Code of Conduct before registering.
Photography and Video Usage
All Conference attendees and guests acknowledge that they may be photographed or videotaped during the Conference by an official ACS Conference photographer/videographer and that these images may be used in future print and electronic promotional materials at the discretion of ACS. Individual attendees are permitted to take photographs and short video clips for personal use during Conference functions and are encouraged to share photographs and short videos via social media using the ACS-designated hashtag for Conference.
