Webinar Proposal Submission Details
The American Cheese Society is seeking dynamic, informative, and engaging webinar proposals. We encourage submissions that address a wide range of topics relevant to cheesemakers, cheesemongers, dairy professionals, and cheese enthusiasts. Topics could include, but are not limited to:
- Cheesemaking techniques & innovations
- Dairy farming & sustainability practices
- Marketing & selling artisan cheese
- Food safety & quality control
- Business strategies for the cheese industry
- Cheese pairings, tasting techniques, and culinary uses
- Trends in cheese production and consumption
- Legal and regulatory issues impacting the industry
- Academics or research findings

How to Submit Your Proposal
- Topic Overview: Provide a brief summary (250-300 words) of your proposed webinar, including objectives and takeaways.
- Presenter Bio: Submit a bio for each presenter, highlighting relevant experience and expertise in the topic.
- Target Audience: Describe the intended audience for your webinar (e.g., cheesemakers, retailers, foodservice professionals, etc.).
- Learning Outcomes: Identify 2-3 specific learning outcomes attendees can expect to gain from the presentation.

From the founders and employees at independent companies to the leaders of global companies with thousands of employees, our audience brings a diverse perspective on the art and business of artisan, farmstead, and specialty cheeses in the Americas.
Still, we try to balance content that assists both individual business owners just getting started and veteran companies facing their own set of challenges. One thing we all have in common is a love of cheese and a dedication to fostering connections throughout the industry.
