Latin American Cheese- Short course
This 2-day, hands-on short course will be filled with the warm flavours of Latin American. Responding to the still growing Latin American Population in North America, cheese makers want to fill the growing demand of Latinos' favourite food; cheese! Understand the roots of Latin American cheese, countries' favourites, basic techniques. Get to make different varieties in our pilot plant. After this course, you will be ready to make your own varieties of cheese.
