Join us in Louisville

Travel & Lodging

We are excited to have you join the cheese community in Louisville, Kentucky for the ACS 2026 Annual Conference. The majority of conference functions and sessions for attendees will take place at the Kentucky International Convention Center.

 

LODGING

ACS has negotiated special discounted rates for attendees at select hotels conveniently located near the Kentucky International Convention Center. We strongly encourage attendees to stay at one of the official conference hotels and book within the contracted room blocks to make the most of your conference experience and network with other attendees.

Reservations may also be booked directly with the hotel of your choice by contacting the hotel directly by phone and referencing American Cheese Society. Reservations are honored based on availability at the discounted rate and the room blocks may fill before cut-off on Monday, June 15th. We encourage you to make your reservation early with the hotel of your choice to secure your reservation.

Please note the American Cheese Society does not hire an official housing bureau or group housing company to handle hotel reservations. Please be advised that any unauthorized group housing company (also known in the conference industry as a room block poacher or pirate) that attempts to contact attendees, companies, and/or sponsors that may be associated with the Conference are fraudulent and are not authorized by the American Cheese Society.
