SHIPPING TO THE ACS CONFERENCE  

To help ACS manage the large volume of shipments received at the conference, we require that all packages shipped have additional identifying information. Please read through the following instructions to ensure proper handling of your items please, contact uswith any questions.  

PRODUCT INFORMATION FORMS 

If you are shipping food products to be used at Conference for any event, ACS requires that you complete the Product Information Form. Upon completion of the form, you will receive an email confirmation of your submission. Please print a copy of this form to use as a packing slip for each box in your shipment. The packing slips help us ensure we have the details for every product we receive and can get them to the correct event. It is recommended that you make a copy of your packing slip(s) for your own records.

CONFERENCE SHIPPING LABELS 

You must affix these labels to the outside of your package(s) to clearly identify your shipment. Please affix one label to the exterior of each box being shipped, and make sure to denote what event(s) the item(s) are for.  

 

NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS 

ADVANCED Shipments:   usethese package labelsto ship to the  Advanced Warehouse.  Advance shipments can arrive between May 18 – June 19, 2026. Open for deliveries Monday-Friday and will be closed on July 3rd.   (Items that arrive before or after to the Advanced Warehouse will have an additional 30% surcharge)

 

SHOW SITE shipments: You may ship directly to the Show Site between July 6,  8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and July 7, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM  Usethese packing labels. Please note, Cart Service will be available onsite as well.

 

PERISHABLE ITEMS –

SHOW SITE shipments only!!!   Usethese packing labels marked Perishable. Items must be shipped directly to the Show Site for delivery and cannot arrive before July 6, 2026. Deliveries received before July 6, 2026, will be refused and returned.

 

If you are shipping a mixture of Perishable items AND Non-perishable items together – please use the Perishable items labels. If you are not sure which label to use, please, contact us.

 

CARRIER SHIPPING LABELS  

Along with the noted labels, you will need to affix to the package(s) the label of the carrier you plan to use (UPS, FedEx, etc.)  American Expo Services (partnering with 3Way Logistics) is the ACS carrier and can help if you need assistance. Please reach out to 3Way at  aes@threeway.com or 909-539-9970.

 

Keep your shipment tracking information on hand! Should there be any issue in receiving your shipment, you will be contacted by a representative of ACS.

If you are shipping product for a SPONSORED EVENT or MEAL–   

For any product that the catering team at the KICC Convention Center will be preparing and serving as a part of a meal function, you would ship to the KICC Convention Center Loading Dock. 

 

Use the Perishable - Show Site label.  Select “Other Location” and write in either “freezer for  _____ event/meal.”  or “cooler for  _____ event/meal.”

 

Items must be shipped directly to the Show Site for delivery and cannot arrive before July 6, 2026. Deliveries received before July 6, 2026, will be refused and returned.

NOTE: All perishable items must be received within proper holding temperatures. Kentucky International Convention Center 

reserves the right to refuse a product should it not be within the proper temperature. 

 

Deliveries to the Kentucky International Convention Center – Deliveries are accepted by American Expo Services on Monday, July 6, and Tuesday, July 7, between the hours of 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. If you need further assistance, please contact American Expos Services at 916-925-3976.

RECEIVING SCHEDULE    

Common, Private Carrier deliverieswill be accepted between 8:00 AM-4:30 PM on July 6 and 7 at the Kentucky International CC 221 N South Fourth St., Louisville, KY 40202 Loading Dock.  Please contact American Expo Services at 916-925-3976, if you have questions upon arrival to gain access to the off-loading zone. These will all be received by the American Expo and handed off to the ACS Receiving Manager for processing. 

 

Hand Deliverieswill also be accepted here during this time. A hand delivery is defined as anything that can be delivered by hand carrying or the use of a personal dolly to go to the show floor. If a shipment needs a larger flat cart, forklift, pallet jack, or loading dock to be delivered, it needs to be checked in by American Expo. Ask for the ACS Receiving Manager to check in your product upon your arrival.  

 

NOTE: All perishable items must be received within proper holding temperatures (32-45*F).  Please be aware of shipping times and pack your items accordingly.  All boxes will be opened upon receipt to ensure food safety and proper handling.
