I have for sale two each 2000 liter (528 gallon) pasteurizer / cheese vats. These include leak protect valve, air space heater, air space and product thermometers and chart recorders. These have a pneumatic tipping mechanism to empty the vats. Also included is high-flow recirculating pump for heating and cooling. Vats are well maintained and in great condition.
