All memberships are valid for one calendar year (12 months), beginning in the month that you join, with renewals in the anniversary month of your join date. Please note that Associate and Individual memberships are held by the individual whose name appears in the member record. The Small Business, Corporate, and Multi-Unit Business memberships are held by the company appearing on the member record. For all company records, the membership is assigned to the designated company representative who completes this application form.
